Audio and video intercoms for brownstones, townhouses and one- to three-family houses in all five boroughs. We replace old systems, wire new ones and test every station before we leave. Licensed and insured, since 2005.
The door station outside, the indoor stations upstairs and everything in between. One team handles all of it.
A front door station plus indoor stations on the floors you choose. We plan where every unit goes, run the wiring and connect the door release so you can let people in from upstairs.
Original intercoms in older NYC houses eventually fail, and parts stop being made. We remove the old system and install a current one, reusing the existing wiring wherever it is in good shape.
See who is at the door before you answer. Video door stations with indoor monitors, plus answering and unlocking from your phone on systems with mobile access, so deliveries and guests don't wait while you're out.
No audio, no picture, or the door release stopped working. We repair home intercoms from Comelit, Aiphone, 2N, Siedle and other major brands, including systems we didn't install.
A Park Slope brownstone, a Queens two-family and a Staten Island detached house need different systems. We design for the house you actually have.
Stoop entrance, parlor floor, garden level. We place the door station at the street door, add indoor stations on each floor you use, and choose a door release that works with heavy original doors.
Common across Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. One door station with a separate button and indoor station for each unit, so every household gets its own calls and can open the door for its own guests.
Typical on Staten Island and in eastern Queens. Front door or gate stations, video for deliveries, and answering from your phone when nobody is home.
We choose door stations whose size and finish suit the facade and mount them in or next to the door opening, the placement LPC staff can approve.
The choice that matters most in an older NYC house is how the system is connected.
Not sure which fits your house? We check your wiring on the site visit and tell you.
Call (917) 565-0579From the first call to a system everyone in the house knows how to use.
Number of floors, entrances and units, and what you have now, if anything.
We check the existing wiring, the front door and where indoor stations make sense.
You choose audio or video and get a written quote and schedule before work begins.
We install, test every station and show everyone in the house how it works.
Door stations we installed at pre-war and townhouse entrances across Manhattan.

"Luca did 2 wonderful installations of camera and intercom systems. He is very reliable with reasonable prices."
"Luca consistently delivers outstanding service, making them our trusted go-to for all intercom and security projects."
We work only in New York City: brownstones in Brooklyn and Harlem, townhouses in the Village and on the Upper East Side, two-family houses in Queens and the Bronx, and detached homes on Staten Island.
It depends on the number of floors and indoor stations, audio versus video, and how much of the existing wiring can be reused. After a free site visit you get a written quote, so you know the full cost before any work starts.
In many houses, yes. Several current systems run on the two wires most older intercoms already use, which lets us add video without opening walls. We test the old wiring on the site visit and tell you whether it can be reused.
For most brownstones and townhouses, a wired or two-wire system is the more reliable choice. It isn't affected by thick masonry walls and doesn't depend on Wi-Fi. Wireless and IP systems make sense where running new wire isn't practical.
Yes, on systems with mobile access. Door calls are forwarded to your phone, so you can see and talk to visitors and open the door when you're not home.
Yes. One door station with a separate button for each unit, and indoor stations in each apartment, so every household gets only its own calls.
Exterior changes on landmarked buildings need an LPC permit. Under LPC rules, staff can approve one intercom panel per door opening when it is installed in or next to the doorway and its design and finish suit the building. Other placements go to a full Commission review.
Same-day installation is possible for many homes. Larger houses that need new wiring take longer, and you get the schedule with your quote.
